Can the public use the information?
Can the information be accessed by the general public?
Can the information be understood by the general public?
Can the public find the information?
Can the public trust the accuracy and authenticity of the information?
Can the information be accessed by various types of computer systems?
If computer is not the best means for communication will other means be considered?
Will the information be updated on a regular basis and will there be a means of notifying or alerting the public of changes?
Will the public be notified of changes and adjustments to changes?
Will there be continues vehicles for feedback and is the administration open to changes that may be outside of political agenda?
Will the information shared have safeguards in place to prevent leakage of information that should not be made public?
Are systems in place to manage information in terms of records management rules and regulations?
Are systems in place to manage information in terms of eDiscovery?
