Ken has worked for the Federal Government for 5 years. In his Government career he has worked 3 years with the Department of Treasury, 1 month with Coast Guard and 2 years with United Agency for International Development (USAID). Prior to becoming a Civil Servant Ken spent 15 years in full time ministry and taught Pre Ged for the Community College of Baltimore Adult Education Program. Ken's background is in education and ministry. He considers it privilege to work for the Federal Government and takes very seriously the responsibility and accountability he has to the citizens of the United States.
